meggie + paul - wedding

what can i say? what a BEAUTIFUL wedding. every detail was perfect! i had such a fun day with these two. they have such a great style and i loved the venue, the CHANTILLY MANSION! it's a historic home turned wedding venue in Layton, UT and would totally recommend it. i loved the bride and groom's rooms, the lighting was totally opposite and so fitting. it has a great open area and a lot of different sitting areas and rooms that are just beautiful. also, my second shooter HEATHER did an incredible job. i am so happy to be debuting some of her work for JKP! you can look for her again at some upcoming events as well. =)

    Jessica you have to stop it right now. I swear I'm thisclose to divorcing Matt so that you can shoot our second wedding. (as I was typing the word second, I hit the x instead of the c. Boy would that be awkward.). This wedding is fully sick. That Meggie is one lucky bride. Paul could be a pile of crap, and I would still be jealous of her. (Although he looks like a very nice guy.) the pictures of the rings on the typewriter! The ceiling & the dress! Oh, and the grandma hug- all kill me.

    These are some of the first full on ceremony photos I've seen you shoot and I absolutely adore them. You capture the emotion of everyone so perfectly and I love the shadowy stairs pics best. Love it!

    Wow! amazing shots Jessica! Love them. :) So did you use alot of different lighting? Speedlight (on/off camera), pocket wizards...what? Lighting is amazing. :)

    HOLY CRAP JESSICA! This post is amazing. The one of the dress with the silvery ceiling is my favorite dress shot ever! Although I'd love to have you shoot a second wedding for us, I'd REALLY love to be a second shooter! Seriously. (I know, I need to get in line....haha)
