It's always fun to start with something sweet.

dear amy,

I am not really ready to post these, not yet. I have a lot more to edit before they are all ready for you. But considering these were among the first three that I edited, I think this means we're off to a good start. I am loving these. I think you have a career in bridal modeling ahead of you sister! Of course, more to come this week, but here's a couple. Just for you.

irresistable

This is Tyson. Tyson is the youngest grandchild on my husband's side. According to his ultrasound, he was supposed to be a girl. Guess what? He's not. DEFINITELY not. This one's allll boy. At 8 months old and 23 pounds, he is one solid hunk of love. We love love love our Tyson! We got to play with him a couple weeks ago in Rexburg, but we miss him already. Even if he can beat the crap out of my 19 pound (we'll round up), one year old Max. =)

{little lily}

This is my cousin Rachel's new baby girl Lily! What a doll huh? It must run in the family. =) I had so much fun meeting this little one, it was tough to get her to sleep, but after we did- fantastic! This is why I reccomend shooting newborns within the first 10 days- they're just sleepy and too lazy to care what you do with them! Lily definitely had more of an opinion at three weeks. She's going to have spunk! That's for sure. I like spunk. I think that runs in the family too I'm afraid.... =) Congratulations Rach and Chad! She is breathtaking. And hey, Rands fam, is this little peanut the spittin' image of Rachie or WHAT?!

with all that sweetness, you have to throw in one good freak out pic. Sometimes these are my favorite! haha!

back to sweetness!

a chilly afternoon

What started out as a sunny morning ended up a bitter cold afternoon for this little family shoot! It was 29 degrees and windy. Needless to say, we called it quits early and decided to pick up where we left off once it warmed up. =) here are just a few.
